Waterfall Peričnik - Sathurday hiking
The Peričnik waterfall is protected as a natural heritage site.
It is located at the beginning of the Vrata valley at an altitude of 800 m. It is 52 m high.
It can be viewed from all sides, including from behind, which is a special experience.
Since the waterfall has changed its direction several times, traces of gullies carved into the precipitous rock in the wall can be seen.
uring the heaviest rains, the Peričnik becomes a two-stream waterfall.
You can reach the waterfall on foot, and it can be reached in just 10 minutes from Koča pri Peričniku.
We will set off on the journey together. It will be the opportunity to make new friends, get to know each other and share our stories and experiences.
Please bring hiking boots and other equipment, such as hiking poles, if you need them.

HORMONAL YOGA
Hormonal yoga is a series of sequences of dynamic yogic postures associated with active breathing technique and Tibetan energy technique.
By practicing hormonal yoga, you massage the ovaries, thyroid gland, adrenal glands and stimulate the pituitary gland, thus activating and balancing the production of hormones in the body.
Hormonal yoga for women is a natural and holistic method created by Brazilian yoga therapist Dinah Rodrigues in the 1990s. She was encouraged to do so by her gynaecologist, who hinted to her that despite her age (she was 60 at the time), she had extremely high levels of hormones. Dinah prepared a series of exercises for her gynaecologist’s other clients, and after just a few months of training, they found that most women's hormone levels had risen and stabilized. Dinah continued with her method and also scientifically validated it.
It combines elements of the classical technique of hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, and the Tibetan technique of energy circulation and yoga nidra. It consists of a special series of dynamic yoga exercises (asanas) to reactivate hormone production.
The positions are accompanied by strong abdominal breathing, which massages and activates the glands. With the added energy technique, the energy is transferred to a specific gland, which further enhances the effect of the exercise.
The sequence of exercises and their proper implementation is important to ensure results.
Hormonal yoga is especially suitable for you if:
- You want to eliminate or alleviate unpleasant symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, insomnia, night sweats, vaginal dryness, emotional instability, depression, headaches, problems with concentration and memory, decreased libido, etc.
- You have symptoms of low hormone levels (pregnancy problems, polycystic ovaries, menstrual disorders, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), ovarian cysts and premature menopause).
FACE YOGA
Face yoga activates, strengthens and relaxes the muscles of the face and neck, which helps to lift and tone the skin, reduce wrinkles, improve skin radiance and shape the face.
It acts as a natural way of rejuvenation, as the muscles gain volume and correct position with exercise, and the skin becomes firmer and more elastic. In addition to the beauty effects of facial yoga, it also has a beneficial effect on the hormonal system, relieves stress and improves overall well-being.
So that you can practice facial yoga even after a yoga retreat, I will prepare an individualized list of exercises (and implementation procedures) that will be designed specifically for you and your wishes/needs.

Do I need yoga knowledge to attend the workshop?
-No, you do not need prior yoga knowledge. All exercises and the rest of the program are designed to be suitable for everyone.
What will the diet be like? What if I have a special diet?
-The price includes dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch, fruit snack and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. The food will be vegetarian, with the option of a gluten-free version.
What do I need to bring with me?
-Suitable clothing.
What if I can't come with you after I've booked the workshop?
