Hi!

My name is Mojca Drofenik and I am a yoga teacher and a women’s coach, specialized in women with endometriosis and mothers.

I believe that all challenges in life happen with a reason and that they are an opportunity for personal growth. It was the personal challenges that prompted me to start exploring different natural approaches that help balance the body, mind and spirit.

Everything I have learned along the way, I want to share with you, as I believe that your body is your Temple and that you only want the best for it. I would like to share with you:

  • Online programs for women who want to find hormonal balance.
  • My support in exploring your depths, in understanding your emotions and support in your personal growth.
  • Yoga techniques that give concrete results.
  • Tips on how to listen to your body.

I come from a small yet beautiful and diverse country Slovenia. I have a master’s degree in International Relations and a diploma in Ecology – Nature Conservation program. I enrolled in those programs to find a way to make positive changes on our amazing mother Earth, however, the universe had a different plan.

I started practicing yoga because of my health problems. Endometriosis has been one of my biggest challenges in life. If there was a “miracle pill” for me that could cure or at least alleviate the symptoms of the disease, I would certainly not start devoting my time to learning about yoga, self-healing and female energy to such a degree. Thankfully, after years of struggling, I was finally able to regulate my hormones, alleviate inflammation in the body, and eliminate all the symptoms of endometriosis.

Along the way, I began to discover in-depth the secrets of the body and the mind. My spirit began to awaken, my joy of life grew, and I discovered my life mission.

I did my first yoga teacher training with Nina Vukas and started teaching yoga in Slovenia and Croatia. I am the founder and owner of yoga studio Tempelj joge (Yoga Temple). I teach online and live classes of Spanda Vinyasa Yoga, Hormone Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra and Prenatal Yoga.

I have also become a women’s coach, specialized in women with endometriosis, mothers and overall emotional empowerment.

I believe that all challenges in life happen with a purpose and that they are an opportunity for personal growth. It was my health challenges that prompted me to start exploring different natural approaches that help balance the body, mind and spirit. Today my work is based on the belief that:

The secret of life is in balance. And the path to balance lies in awareness.

Working with women as a yoga teacher and as a coach made me believe we carry all the knowledge inside us. All the solutions to our challenges and answers to our questions. This is the core and base of my work. I love doing what I do. And I feel blessed seeing all the growth in my students and clients.

When the student is ready, the teacher comes, they say. At this point, let me thank all the teachers who have accompanied me on my path of yoga and personal development: Wendy K. Laidlaw, Savina Atai, Nina Vukas, Sandra D. Bianco, Petra Brzović, Dinah Rodrigues, Barbara Kündig, Birman Shrestha and many others.
